Can the product be installed at my home?

All connections and dimensions comply with the standard norms (Geberit standard) and are also confirmed by certificate. The outlet is to the rear. In any case, we recommend that you have the installation carried out by a sanitary specialist store. Damage to the toilet caused by unprofessional installation is excluded from the warranty.

What are the shipping costs?

Who installs the Skullpot toilet?

We recommend that you have the installation carried out by a professional plumbing company. The connections and dimensions are all standard and certified.

What is the best way to clean and maintain the Skullpot toilet?

In order to protect the glaze of the ceramics and thus also the colour, we recommend that you do not use any aggressive agents when caring for and cleaning the inside and outside of the toilet. We also advise against using sponges with rough surfaces or leaving cleaning agents on for too long to prevent further damage. For the coloured Skullpot toilets, we also recommend careful use of the toilet brush in combination with aggressive cleaning agents.

For the perfect care of the Skullpot head, we recommend using our specially developed cleaning kit. This allows you to polish and optimally clean the high-quality ceramic. You can order the care set in our store.

Troubleshooting

Water splashes on the toilet lid during flushing.

If more than 4.5l of water comes from the cistern during flushing, the water volume is set too high and water may splash onto the lid.
